Overview
Surgical intervention is not recommended for the management of FHH. Very rarely its done in patients with associated pancreatitis, parathyroid adenoma, hyperparathyroidism, and hypercalciuria.
Surgery
- Surgical intervention is not recommended for the management of FHH.
Indications
Parathyroidectomy in FHH is rarely done in patients if associated conditions are present along with the FHH such as[1][2]
- Hypercalciuria
