• Chronic bacterial cholangitis

• Hepatic inflammatory pseudo tumor

• Iatrogenic biliary strictures, due to surgery or ERCP
• IgG4-associated cholangitis
• Infectious or ischemic cholangiopathy
• Cholangiocarcinoma
• Choledocholithiasis
• Diffuse intra-hepatic metastases

• Intra-arterial chemotherapy
