There are no specific MRI findings in iron deficiency anemia. However, splenomegaly maybe present in some cases.

Splenomegaly may be present in some cases of iron deficiency anemia depending on the cause of iron deficiency, like hemolytic anemia or myelodysplastic syndromes.
