Head and neckMRI may be helpful in the diagnosis of Burkitt's lymphoma.Findings on MRI of the head and neck may show the following:
- Proptosis[1]
- Lymphadenopathy
- Masses

Tumor in the base of skull extending into the sphenoid bone and superiorly in the lateral aspect of the left globe (extraconal), inseparable from the lateral rectus muscle.This is causing severe proptosis of the right globe.[2]

Carvarial mass lesion in the right occipital region which extends internally and seems to breach the dura.[2]
