- Changes in the appearance of a mole on the vulva (it may become larger or change color or shape)
- Lump on the vulva
Late symptoms
- Severe pruritus
- Large lump on the vulva
- Dysuria
- Dyspareunia
- Unusual bleeding or discharge from the lesion
