Overview
History
Patient presents with: [1]
- history of right upper quadrant abdominal pain.
- history of symptoms of obstructive jaundice
- history of fever
- history of known or suspected gallstones
Symptoms
Mirizzi's syndrome could be asymptomatic or non-specific. Common symptoms include:
- Recurrent cholangitis
- Jaundice
- Right upper quadrant pain
- Constitutional symptoms including fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and constipation
- Rarely, may present with symptoms of gallstone ileus [2]
