However the ECG patterns are not specific for Fabry's, it may be helpful in the diagnosis of Fabry's disease cardiac complications.

- Ventriculus Hypertrophy: LVH, RVH
- Short PR interval
- Deep T inversions in pericardial leads
- Conduction abnormalities: AV Block, bundle branch block
- arrhythmia: AF, ventricular arrhythmia
- Bradycardia
