Indications
The ACC / AHA guidelines indicate that CRT is recommended for those patients with all of the following: [1]
- An LVEF ≤35 percent
- A QRS duration ≥120 msec
- NYHA functional class III or ambulatory class IV symptoms with optimal medical therapy
