Eisenmenger's patients may show some ECG findings. The findings depend on the degree of involvement of the right atrium and the ventricle.
Electrocardiogram
Patients with Eisenmenger's syndrome may show the following findings on ECG
- Right ventricular hypertrophy (ST changes)
- Biventricular hypertrophy
- Right atrial hypertrophy (tall 'P'wave)
