Symptoms
Early uterine cancer does not have any symptoms. As the tumor grows larger, people may notice one or more of the following symptoms:
- Unusual vaginal bleeding
- Trouble urinating
- Pelvic pain and pain during intercourse
- Fatigue and unexplained weight loss
