Overview
Dock's murmur is an early diastolic murmur that heard in some patients with left anterior descending artery stenosis. The murmur does not radiate widely and is heard best at the left second or third intercostal space, a little lateral to the left sternal border [1]
Diagnosis
Pysical Examination
The murmur may be long or short. It is caused by turbulent flow across the coronary artery stenosis and usually indicates moderately severe stenosis.
