Glomerulopathy is a term used to describe a disease affecting the glomeruli of the nephron.[1]
It can refer to a process that is inflammatory or noninflammatory. Because the term "glomerulitis" exists for inflammatory conditions,[2] "glomerulopathy" sometimes carries a noninflammatory implication.
