This is a symptom of Sarcoidosis whereby there is chronic inflammation of the parotid gland and uvea[1].
There is also an entity called Waldenström's uveoparotitis. In this case, the symptom is related to Heerfordt's syndrome [2].

- Enlarged salivary gland (parotid)
- Facial paralysis
