Symptoms

Symptoms include

• Fever
• Fatigue

• Shortness of breath with exertion
• Anemia
• Easy bruising or bleeding from thrombocytopenia and coagulopathy
• Petechiae (flat, pin-head sized spots under the skin caused by bleeding)
• Bone and joint pain
• Persistent or frequent infections (from lack of normal white blood cells)
