Medical Therapy
Immediate treatment with adrenal replacement hormones (glucocorticoids) is essential. Other hormones will be replaced, including:
- Sex hormones (estrogen/testosterone)
- Thyroid hormone
Evidence is also growing for the need to replace growth hormone.
