- Interlobular septal thickening with or without associated peripheral ground glass opacities or consolodation
- Transient opacities
- Symmetrical opacities in axillary and peripheral distribution
- Hilar adenopathy
- Diffuse interstitial or miliary opacities
- Pulmonary hemorrhage
- Nodular disease (without cavitation)
- Pleural effusions (30%) – exudative and eosinophilic
