How Supplied
Isoniazid Tablets, USP:
100 mg- round, unscored, white tablet debossed “EFF” on one side and “26” on the other; supplied in bottles of 100, NDC 46672-158-10.
300 mg- round, unscored, white tablet debossed “EFF” on one side and “27” on the other; supplied in bottles of 30, NDC 46672-159-03, bottles of 100, NDC 46672-159-10, and in bottles of 1000, NDC 46672-159-11.
Storage
Store at controlled room temperature, 15°-30°C (59°-86°F). Protect from moisture and light. Dispense in a tight, light-resistant container with a child-resistant closure.[1]
