♦ Abdominal pain(right anterior iliac fosa)
♦ Anorexia
♦ Nausea and vomiting

❑ Atypical symptoms (common at extremes of age)

♦ Indigestion
♦ Flatulence
♦ Bowel irregularity
♦ Diarrhoea
