- Dosing Information
- Not Initial dose : lisinopril 10 mg/hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg or lisinopril 20 mg/hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg PO qd
- Titrate gradually and allow at least 2-3 weeks before increasing HTCZ, lisinopril is effective at doses of 10-80 mg, and hydrochlorothiazide is effective at doses of 12.5-50 mg.
- MAX dose lisinopril 80 mg/hydrochlorothiazide 50 mg
