Overview
Hydrogen peroxide (mouthwash) is a antiseptic that is FDA approved for the procedure of removal of secretions associated with sore mouth. Common adverse reactions include skin irritation, Skin and mucous membranes, hypertrophy of tongue papillae, With prolonged use as mouthwash.
Adult Indications and Dosage

- Aids in the removal of secretions associated with sore mouth.
Dosage
- Directions
- Use up to 4 times daily or as directed by a dentist or doctor.
- Adults and children 2 years and over: rinse mouth (1/2 tbsp) for approximately one minute. Instruct to expectorate.
- Children under 12 years: Should be supervised in the use of this product.
- Children under 2 years: Ask a dentist or doctor.
