Patients commonly present at an early stage, with postmenopausal bleeding and unusual vaginal bleeding like abnormal menstrual periods, bleeding between normal periods in premenopausal women. As the tumor grows larger, patient may notice one or more of the following symptoms:
- Trouble urinating
- Pelvic pain and pain during intercourse
- Fatigue and unexplained weight loss
