Key CT findings associated with adrenolipoma are:
- Well circumscribed adrenal mass with fat-containing components
- Calcifications may be seen in some cases
- Haemorrhage appears as a region of higher attenuation
Patient #1: CT images demonstrate a large left myelolipoma
Patient #2: CT images demonstrate a left myelolipoma with a small amount of marcoscopic fat
