Overview

Radiation therapy may be used in the treatment of thymoma.

Radiotherapy

Radiotherapy is used in unresectable thymoma or incompletely resected invasive thymoma. The dose and fraction schemes of radiotherapy depend on the indication of the radiation and the completeness of surgical resection.
