Overview
Patients with medulloblastoma usually appear restless. Physical examination of patients with medulloblastoma is usually remarkable for strabismus, nystagmus, motor weakness, and ataxia.[1][2]

General appearance
- Patients with medulloblastoma usually appear restless
HEENT
- Head tilt sign
- Increased head circumference
- Papilledema
- Strabismus
- Nystagmus
- “Setting-sun” eye phenomenon (up-gaze paresis with the eyes appearing driven downward) [3]
CNS
- Ataxia
- Motor weakness
- Facial sensory loss
- 3rd, 4th, and 6th cranial nerve palsies
