Asymptomatic patients with no therapeutic indications

Symptomatic patients or evidence of therapeutic indications

Patients managed by observation and close follow-up

Manage with either cladribine or pentostatin

Fit patients (CIRS <6)

Frail patients (CIRS ≥6)

FISH chromosomal analysis

Rituximab AND chlorambucil
