Overview
Hepatocellular adenoma may be classified according to the rate of occurence into four subtypes: Inflammatory hepatocellular adenoma, HNF1-alpha mutated hepatocellular adenoma, Beta-catenin mutated hepatocellular adenoma and unclassified hepatocellular adenoma.[1]
Classification
Hepatocellular adenoma may be classified into four subtypes based on the rate of occurence.[1]
The table below lists subtypes of hepatocellular adenoma:
Subtype | Description |
---|---|
Inflammatory hepatocellular adenoma |
|
HNF1-alpha mutated hepatocellular adenoma |
|
Beta-catenin mutated hepatocellular adenoma |
|
