- Located at the parotid gland area
- Cervical lymphadenopathy
- Ulceration of buccal mucosa
- Solid or cystic architecture
- A mixture of epidermoid squamous, intermediate, mucous, and clear cells
- Mucin vacuoles
- Nuclear distortion and cytoplasmic clearing
- t(11;19)(q21;p13)
- MECT1-MAML2 fusion gene
