- Well circumscribed painless nodule in the palate or buccal mucosa
- Cystic cavities lined by cuboidal epithelial cells
- Intraluminal projections
- Serous, mucinous, or papillary histology
- Benign cystic lesion
- Hypodense, small, rounded mass
- Locate in the mouth floor
- Tubular, cribriform, and solid growth pattern
- Uniform serous cells with pleomorphic nuclei and basophilic granular cytoplasms
- Increased mitotic activity and foci of necrosis
- Lymphoid stroma with inflammatory infiltrate
- c-KIT mutation
