- Middle aged patients
- Majority are asymptomatic
- May have hematuria , recurrent renal calculi, and recurrent UTI
- Often unremarkable
- Bilateral cystic dilatation of the collecting tubules on CT
- Hyperdense papillae with clusters of calcifications
- "Paintbrush-like" appearance
