  • 3-4 yo patients
  • Asymptomatic abdominal mass
  • May have abdominal pain, fever, nausea/vomiting, hematuria, and hypertension
  • Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome and WAGR syndrome
  • Unilateral, smooth, firm, nontender, flank mass
  • Does not cross the midline


  • Elevated serum creatinine and BUN
