- Bacterial and Fungal Pneumonia
- Blastomycosis
- Candidiasis
- Cutaneous leishmaniasis
- Cutaneous tuberculosis
- Erythema Nodosum
- Histoplasmosis
- Paracoccidioidomycosis
- Atypical mycobacteriosis
Ulcerating lesions must be differentiated from:
Histopathology must be differentiated from other granulomatous diseases, such as:
- Cutaneous tuberculosis
- Leprosy
- Sarcoidosis
- Foreign body granulomas
