Overview
Patients with epithelioid sarcoma usually appear healthy. Physical examination of patients with epithelioid sarcoma is usually remarkable for firm to hard palpable masses in the extremities.

Local Examination
- Irregular (or nodular) lesions below the skin surface
- Skin appear like a badly-healed wound
- Location of epithelioid sarcoma includes finger, hand, forearm, foot, knee, leg, thigh, trunk, spine, penis, and female genitalia.
