- Iliac and/or perirectal lymphadenopathy in patients with rectal exposure
- Hemorrhagic proctocolitis

Systemic Symptoms
- Fever
- Chills
- Malaise
- Myalgia
- Arthralgia
- Arthritis
- Hepatitis or perihepatitis
- Pneumonitis
- Cardiac involvment (rare)
