Professional Background
- Ali Poyan Mehr,M.D. is a Harvard Instructor in Medicine and a Faculty member of the renal division at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston. He is the founder and director of the Glomerular Disease Study & Trial Consortium (GlomCon.org).
Education
Dr. Poyan Mehr received his medical degree from Charité Universitäts Medizin, Berlin/Germany. He completed his internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School. In 2014 Dr. Poyan Mehr completed his Nephrology Fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School.
