- Skin examination of the patients with boils is usually remarkable for:
- Redness
- Swelling
- Raised temperature
- Pus at the tip of boil
- Pain on palpation
- Excoriation of the skin due to itching
Lymph nodes
- Other findings which are associated with furunculosis are:
- localized lymphadenopathy
