Treatment for HFpEF is based on underlying associated condition. These measure are mainly focused on:

• Hypertension Control
• Control of volume overload
• Appropriate diet and exercise
• Weight control
• Control of co-morbid conditions, such as diabetes, anemia, sleep apnea and COPD.
