CT chest

There are no specific chest CT findings but pulmonary involvement shows the following findings:

• Patchy air-space consolidation
• Multifocal nodular cavitations associated pleural thickening
• Pleural effusions
• Hilar, and/or mediastinal lymphadenopathy
