Causes of Hypergastrinemia
Appropriate hypergastrinemia
Atrophic gastritis with or without pernicious anemia
Antisecretory therapy (PPIs or high-dose histamine H2-receptor antagonist)
Chronic renal failure
H pylori pangastritis
Vagotomy
Inappropriate hypergastrinemia
ZES (sporadic or associated with MEN-1)
Antral-predominant H pylori infection
