An abdominal x-ray may be helpful in the diagnosis of Addison's disease. Findings on an abdominal x-ray suggestive of Addison's disease include:[1]
- Adrenal calcifications.
- Cartilage calcifications.
Presence of adrenal calcification suggestive of adrenal insufficiency secondary to a fungal infection or tuberculosis
