There are no X-ray findings associated with Lyme disease. However, an X-ray may be helpful in the diagnosis of complications of chronic Lyme arthritis.

- Inflammation of joints
- Soft tissue swelling
- Erosion and permanent damage to joint
- Radiographic evidence of enthesopathy
- Inflammed tendons (tendonitis)
