There are no specific CT scan or MRI findings associated with actinomycosis.
CT chest
There are no specific chest CT findings but pulmonary involvement demonstrates the following findings:[1]
- Patchy air-space consolidation
- Multifocal nodular cavitations associated pleural thickening
- Pleural effusions
- Hilar, and/or mediastinal lymphadenopathy
