Overview
Langerhans cell histiocytosis patients often appear cachectic. Physical examination of patients with Langerhans cell histiocytosis is usually remarkable for scaly erythematous lesions located on the scalp and extremities, localized bone tenderness, and hepatosplenomegaly.[1][2]
