History and Symptoms
Symptoms of melanoma include the following:
- Rapid growth of an existing nevus
- Bleeding nevus
- Cutaneous nodules
- Hyper/hypopigmented skin lesion
- Lymphatic masses
- Melanonychia (brown/blue nail discoloration)
- Non-healing skin ulcer
- Painful skin lesion
- Pruritus
- Bone pain
