There are no ECG findings associated with gallstones.
Electrocardiogram
Usually there are no ECG findings associated with gallstone disease, however, one case complicated by acute cholecystitis was reported. An ECG showed unexpected ischemic changes with inferolateral ST-segment elevation indicative of an inferolateral myocardial infarct in a patient with no underlying cardiac disease.[1]
