History and Symptoms

• Dysphagia
• Gastrointestinal hemorrhage
• Vague abdominal pain or discomfort
• Tumor rupture with intra-abdominal hemorrhage is uncommon, but when it occurs, it frequently requires emergent surgical intervention.
