MRI
- Parotid gland MRI may be helpful in the diagnosis of Sjögren's syndrome. Findings on MRI suggestive of Sjögren's syndrome include:[1][2]
- Loss of hemogeneity kin signal intensity on T1-weighted MR images
- fat saturation suppressed focal high-intensity areas on T1-weighted images
