- Decreased exercise tolerance
- Headaches
- Problems concentrating or thinking
Symptoms of severe anemia may include:[1]
- Blue color to the sclera
- Brittle nails
- Light-headedness when you stand up
- Pale skin color (pallor)
- Shortness of breath
- Sore tongue
- Tachycardia
- Angina
- Heart failure
- Abdominal pain (from splenomegaly)
