Overview
On abdominal examination a painless mass may be palpated in the flank.
Physical Examination
HEENT
- Aniridia may be present
Abdominal
- A palpable abdominal mass may be present.
- Examination of the mass should be done cautiously.
- If too much force is used then the mass rupture and lead to hemorrhagic bleeding into the peritoneal cavity.
- Mass is eccentrically located.
- It rarely crosses the midline.
Neurmuscular
- Mental retardation may be present
Genitourinary
- Genitourinary malformations may be present.
