- However, patients with larger angiomyolipoma or suffering from ruptured angiomyolipoma may present with symptoms such as:[1]
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Dull abdominal pain or Flank pain
- Fever
- Recurrent episodes of painless gross hematuria
- retroperitoneal hemorrhage
- Severe pain and shock in case of hemorrhage
