- Early satiety
Symptoms of myelofibrosis include:[2][3][4]
- Left upper quadrant abdominal pain
- Bruising
- Easy bleeding
- Pale skin
- Frequent infections
- Fatigue
- Loss of appetite
- Weight loss
- Fever
- Night sweats
- Shortness of breath with exercise
- Skin nodules, in a variant known as cutaneous myelofibrosis
